These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the community crisis response SMS services operated by Mansfield Computing Technologies, doing business as Community Infrastructure ("we," "us," or "our").
We operate SMS-based community help services that connect community members with trained volunteer responders. When you text one of our help numbers, your message is received by our system and routed to available volunteer responders who will assist you with your request for community resources, referrals, and support.
By sending a text message to any of our published help numbers, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Our services are available to any person in the community who needs help or information about community resources. There are no age restrictions for seeking help.
By texting our help numbers, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your request. See our SMS Policy for complete details including message frequency, opt-out instructions, and data rates.

Our service is not a substitute for 911 or emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Our volunteer responders can help connect you with community resources, but we cannot dispatch emergency services.
Responses to your messages are provided by trained volunteer community responders. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided. Referrals to community resources are made in good faith based on the information available to our volunteers.
